He needed a virtual fax solution from AccessDirect.[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"gap\" style=\"line-height: 20px; height: 20px;\"><\/div>[vc_column_text css_animation=&#8221;bottom-to-top&#8221;]<span style=\"color: #203961;\"><strong>Solution:<\/strong><\/span> AccessDirect suggested porting the lines to our virtual fax service so that the customer no longer had to pay for the phone lines anymore. We ported all of his fax lines to our service and when someone faxes something to him, they go into a .pdf file in his email. That way the customer no longer has to pay the phone company for the lines but he can still keep the established numbers his customers are used to faxing. Also, he simply gets the faxes in his email and he can choose whether or not to print them out.
