They wanted a way to leave daily messages for all employees every day, and they wanted each employee to have a voice mailbox and extension number so that customers could call their tax preparer directly.[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"gap\" style=\"line-height: 20px; height: 20px;\"><\/div>[vc_column_text css_animation=&#8221;bottom-to-top&#8221;]<span style=\"color: #203961;\"><strong>Solution:<\/strong><\/span> I recommended our Seasonal Direct Receptionist 3 package. The automated phone attendant package gave the company 4000 minutes and up to 25 extensions to use. We set up Group Messaging so that the owner of the business got to broadcast his messages to his employees\u2019 voice mailboxes easily. They also each had their own personal extension.
